Silver Human Resource Center
The Silver Human Resources Center provides child-rearing support services in the hope of being of some help to nuclear families and dual-income households.
This service is provided by Silver members who love children. Utilizing the current child-rearing knowledge they have acquired through training and their many years of experience, they act as close grandmas and grandpas to mothers who are working too hard or who have concerns about child-rearing, and provide support that will bring peace of mind and comfort to each family and lead to the healthy development of their children.

Assistance before and after birth ~Relaxing for mothers~
We provide assistance to pregnant women who do not have family nearby to rely on, and to those who are looking after their personal needs after giving birth. Our senior female members with life experience will visit you, so women can feel at ease.

- Assistance with bathing etc.
Babysitting and housework help - Adding peace of mind to your home -
We will visit you when you need to watch over your children due to work or meetings, or when you are unable to take them to and from kindergarten, etc. We also help when it is difficult to balance child-rearing and housework.
- Picking up and dropping off kindergarten children
- Looking after children when you are away from home shopping, etc.
Childcare services for clubs, etc. - Convenient and safe for outings -
We also accept temporary childcare requests for companies and organizations during club activities, events, etc. Depending on the number of children, we will send several Silver members to visit.
- A playmate for your children during club and event times
- Helping out in the kids corner etc.
