For those who have evacuated to Fukuoka City from areas covered by the Disaster Relief Act, we will provide the same services as Fukuoka City residents, even if they do not change their registered address to Fukuoka City.

1. Support for pregnant women and infants

(1) Maternal and Child Health Handbook

If you do not have the maternal and child health handbook issued by the municipality you evacuated from, we will issue you a Fukuoka City maternal and child health handbook.

(2) Prenatal checkups and postnatal checkups

If you do not have the subsidy voucher for prenatal and postnatal health checkups issued by your previous municipality, we will issue you a Fukuoka City prenatal and postnatal health checkup subsidy voucher and subsidize the cost of the checkup.

(3) Infant and toddler health checkups (1-month-old checkup, 4-month-old checkup, 10-month-old checkup)

We will issue vouchers that allow you to receive free health checkups at medical institutions.

(4) Infant and toddler health checkups (1 year 6 month old checkup, 3 year old checkup)

Health checkups conducted at health and welfare centers and other facilities are available free of charge.

(5) Postpartum care business

You can use postpartum care services provided by medical institutions and other facilities free of charge.

(6) Diapers and regular delivery service

You can use our regular delivery service for baby products, which provides diapers and other baby supplies while regularly monitoring families with children aged 0-2.
