Things necessary

• My Number card with a valid digital signature certificate (that belongs to the certified guardian of the child who wishes to use the service)
• PIN for the digital signature certificate (6 to 16 alphanumeric characters)
• A smartphone or card reader that can read My Number cards (if applying via computer or tablet)

Points to note

1. The acceptance date for online applications will be the date you complete your application (the date the City receives your submitted application).
2. Applications received after the application period will be subject to the next usage adjustment (selection) period, so please apply well in advance.

The deadline

One month prior to the desired start date of use at the new facility

*If the application deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or from December 12th to January 29rd (when the ward office is closed), the deadline will be the previous weekday (when the ward office is open).
