What is the Family and Child Guidance Center?

At the Family and Child Guidance Center, counselors provide consultation and support regarding various issues within the family, including child upbringing.

Consultation content

1. Advice on child rearing, lifestyle issues, and child abuse at home
2. Consultation regarding admission to child welfare facilities (maternal and child support facilities, midwifery facilities, etc.)
3. Counseling for single-parent and widowed families to help them live independently and become independent

Children (under 18 years old) and their guardians, guardians, and other related parties

Interview consultation, phone consultation

Consultation time

Weekdays 9:00-17:00
Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and from December 12th to January 29rd.

Both interviews and phone calls are free
*Family counselors will listen to the details of the situation, think together with the person seeking advice, and strive to find ways to resolve the problem.
*Depending on the consultation method, we will work with relevant institutions such as child consultation centers and health centers. We may also refer you to other specialized institutions if necessary.
*All consultations received will be kept confidential.
