Service

　If a child is sick and their guardian is unable to care for them at home due to work or other commitments, they can be cared for in our sick child day care center.

Target children

　Children aged 0 to 6th grade who live in Fukuoka City

Usage fees

　Free of charge from April 5, 4 (Meals, milk, snacks, medical expenses, etc. are not included.)

Utilization time

　Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
　Saturday 8:30am - 1pm
　Note: The office is closed on Sundays, public holidays, and when the clinic is closed.

How to Use

Step 1: Sign up (first time only)

Submit a user registration form to the facility you are using for the first time. Registration is required for each facility. We recommend that you register in advance.

Step 2: Reservation

If you wish to use the service, you must make a reservation in advance.FacilityPlease apply directly to the facility.
*Your child will only be accepted once the facility has confirmed your reservation. We may decline your child's admission if their symptoms are severe or the facility is currently full.

*Please refrain from making reservations for multiple sick child day care rooms at the same time.

Step 3: On the day of use

On the day of use, you will be examined by a doctor at the facility and submit an application form to the facility.
