[Application period: July 7-15] Recruiting participants for the FY7 Fukuoka City Childcare Supporter Training (e-learning. Some face-to-face training available)

We are currently recruiting participants for the FY8 Fukuoka City Childcare Support Worker Training Program, etc., as scheduled below.

Childcare support worker training

[e-Learning Course Period] From September 11th (Friday) to December 31st (Thursday). Courses can be taken anytime using a PC, smartphone, etc.

[Face-to-face training] The schedule is as follows. ①② are compulsory, ③ is optional

①心肺蘇生は、10月14日（水曜日）、10月16日（金曜日）、10月20日（火曜日）、10月26日（月曜日）、10月30日（金曜日）のうち１回（２時間程度）

② Group discussions will be held once (approximately 2 hours) on one of the following dates: November 20th (Friday), November 25th (Wednesday), or December 2nd (Wednesday).

③ A pre-orientation (optional, in-person) will be held on Tuesday, September 15th.

Home visit childcare training Basic training

[E-learning period] From Friday, September 9th to Tuesday, November 11th. You can take the course at any time using your computer or smartphone.

[Face-to-face training] The schedule is as follows. ①② are compulsory, ③ is optional

②The practical training will be held on Wednesday, November 11th from 11:9 to 30:17.

Eligible persons

[Training for Childcare Support Workers]　

① Those currently working or planning to work at a licensed childcare facility in Fukuoka City

② Individuals currently engaged in or planning to engage in childcare at unlicensed home-visit childcare businesses (or facilities) in Fukuoka City (so-called babysitters, etc.)

③ Individuals other than those mentioned above who reside in Fukuoka City, are interested in working as a childcare support worker, and wish to engage in work in the field of childcare support.

[Home-based childcare training: Basic training]　

① Individuals currently engaged in or planning to engage in childcare at licensed or unlicensed home-visit childcare businesses (or facilities) (so-called babysitters, etc.) within Fukuoka City.

② Individuals other than those mentioned above who reside in Fukuoka City, are interested in working as a babysitter or similar, and wish to engage in work in the field of childcare support.

Childcare support worker training: 620 people
Home-visit childcare training: Basic training (100 participants)

Application details

For those who are qualified (kindergarten teachers, nurses, public health nurses) and wish to be exempt from some of the childcare support training, please click here to apply for a Certificate of Engagement.

Paper application guidelines will be distributed until early July at the Information Plaza on the first floor of Fukuoka City Hall, as well as at the information corners in each ward office and each ward's community center.

Other Information

There is no charge for this course.

However, to take e-learning courses, you will need a communication device such as a computer or smartphone. Please note that communication costs will be borne by you.
