About the "Fukuoka City Model" Daycare System for All Children in FY2026

This system allows children to use daycare facilities on a regular basis (once a week) regardless of whether their parents are working or not. By having children interact with others of the same age and spend time in groups, children can develop social skills and promote healthy growth. It also allows parents to refresh themselves, and by receiving advice from childcare workers, they can gain hints on child-rearing.

Target children

Not attending a nursery school, kindergarten, certified childcare center, community-based childcare facility, or corporate-run childcare facility
Children aged 6 months to 2 years

• If your child turns 3 years old during the 2026 fiscal year, you can use the service until the end of the fiscal year.
• This service is available to those who use unlicensed childcare facilities and pre-kindergarten programs.

• Free for households receiving welfare benefits, and for households exempt from resident tax and
  There is a fee reduction system in place for households whose municipal income tax ratio is less than 7 yen, offering a fee of 7,101 yen per hour.
• The municipal tax used to calculate the fee reduction is calculated based on the special tax credit for housing loans, dividend credit, foreign tax credit, etc.

2. Certification application

　"Any Child Can Attend School System Comprehensive Support System" (hereinafter referred to as "Comprehensive Support System")

3. Log in to the comprehensive support system

　After applying for certification, a "certificate" will be issued by Fukuoka City.
　You will receive an email from the comprehensive support system with the subject "Account issuance notification."

　*Once you check your "certificate" on your My Page, you will be able to operate the comprehensive support system.
　*If certification is not possible, for example if the child is not eligible, we will notify you by email at the email address you registered.

4. Apply directly to the facility you wish to use

5. First interview

　After applying to the facility, you will be asked to provide an explanation of the program and information necessary for use.
　The date of the first interview will be decided in coordination with the facility.

6. Registration for regular use

　The business operator will register the schedule (once a week, on a fixed day) decided during the first interview in the system (user registration).
　*User registration is handled by the provider, so parents will not need to use the user registration function.

7. Use

　It will be used on the designated day (once a week, on a fixed day of the week).
