Disaster orphan allowance
Allowances are provided to promote the healthy development and welfare of disaster orphans.
Target
This benefit is paid to guardians who are raising children who have not yet completed compulsory education and who have lost one or both parents (including those who have become severely disabled) due to a traffic accident, work-related accident, or other unforeseen disaster, in order to promote the healthy upbringing of orphaned children and their welfare.
Payments
4,000 yen per person per month
