We provide payment of usage fees (childcare fees) to those who use unlicensed childcare facilities, etc., meet the requirements, and are certified.

Subsidies are available for the cost of use of non-licensed childcare facilities (including corporate-run childcare facilities) for second and subsequent children who meet the requirements and have been approved.

To help children develop their individuality and abilities and a sense of self-worth, regardless of the environment in which they were born and raised, and to help them achieve their future, we will provide electronic coupons to help cover the costs of extracurricular activities such as cultural and sports classes and cram schools.

If you are using an unlicensed childcare facility (excluding company-sponsored childcare facilities) and require childcare, you can complete various procedures related to free childcare for children aged 3-5 years old and children aged 0-2 years old from households exempt from resident tax, using the Cabinet Office's My Number Portal (Pittari Service). This page is for those who have received certification for facility use benefits. This is different from the free childcare for second and subsequent children (multiple-child household use benefit certification). Please note.
