　Children themselves are going through puberty and are going through major changes both physically and mentally, making them feel unsettled. They may take out their anxieties and frustrations about their growth on their family, who they feel most comfortable with. Be patient, but if you think they are going too far, try to show them a rational, adult way of thinking.
